🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy – Biokos Australia

Thank you for shopping with Biokos Australia. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.


📦 1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is in resalable condition

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.


🔄 2. Refunds & Exchanges

If your return is approved, you may choose:

  • A refund, or
  • An exchange for another product

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.


🚫 3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Damaged items not caused by us
  • Sale or discounted items (change of mind)

⚖️ 4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not as described
  • Is not of acceptable quality

These rights apply regardless of the 30-day return period.

🚚 6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • You are responsible for the item until it is received by us

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.


⚠️ 7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged, or
  • Incorrect

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will resolve the matter promptly.


8. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–10 business days
